Terms

These terms cover your use of the Fuji Studio app and license. By installing or buying Fuji Studio you agree to them.

License

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Fuji Studio on up to two Macs at a time, including all 1.x updates. You may move a license between your Macs by deactivating it in the app. You may not resell, share or redistribute license keys or the app.

Trial

The trial lets you use every feature for 7 days. Afterwards, previewing and backups keep working; saving to the camera requires a license.

Your camera

Fuji Studio changes settings on your camera using the camera's own USB backup and restore protocol, and saves a full backup of your camera's settings before each change. It is independent software, not made or supported by FUJIFILM. FUJIFILM may consider issues caused by unofficial software to be outside its warranty. You use Fuji Studio at your own risk.

No warranty

Fuji Studio is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or damage to equipment. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Payments

Orders are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, which handles payment, taxes and invoicing. Their terms apply to the transaction.

Revocation

We may disable license keys that are refunded, charged back, or shared publicly.
